Hello, dear ones from the mushroom heads,&nbsp;since so many of you have asked us how our meetings at the Protohaus work, we're taking you on a fantastic journey to our mushroom workshop at the Protohaus today.&nbsp;There were all sorts of things on the agenda today:&nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="aspect-ratio:300/400;width:26.83%;" src="https://teams-strapi.debacode.de/uploads/Pilz1_1c16270959.jpg" alt="Pilz1.jpg" width="300" height="400"> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="aspect-ratio:300/388;width:27.72%;" src="https://teams-strapi.debacode.de/uploads/Pilz2_fef5091c95.png" alt="Pilz2.png" width="300" height="388"> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="aspect-ratio:300/400;width:26.64%;" src="https://teams-strapi.debacode.de/uploads/Pilz3_f8d1bf8220.jpg" alt="Pilz3.jpg" width="300" height="400"><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Image 1: Mixing a new substrate from wood fiber: In nature, many fungi break down wood to the point of humification (formation of humus), so the fibers in our workshop also provide fungi with a perfect breeding ground. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Image 2: Cutting up and examining an intergrown substrate block. Exciting: A tough leathery layer of fungus has formed on the surface of the fungus (brown), which was difficult or impossible to tear.</li><li>Image 3: For an event, letters are cut out of agar plates from fungal mycelium to allow them to continue growing as a model</li></ul>There was also an update from the large ENACTUS group from our team leader and we diligently planned our next to-do's and meetings.Later in the evening, the smell of self-collected and freshly fried crested smelt and the net-stemmed witch's tube mushroom wafts through the workshop.
